Yes, it's necessary to log into your Clothing Gator account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

DOES MY ORDER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship from our distribution center right to your door. Your bank may consider your order an international purchase and charge a small transaction fee. We don't charge this fee or control when it's assessed. 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY DUTIES AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

No. All duties and taxes are included in your total.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT AFTER 30 DAYS OF IT BEING DELIVERED?

You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of its delivery. If your order was delivered more than 30 days ago, contact us for help returning it.

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on Clothing Gator. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay.

CAN I USE AN INTERNATIONAL CARD ON MY ORDER?

Yes, you can use any accepted card with a valid billing address and security code.

 

CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH CASH?

As of now, Cash on Delivery is not available on Clothing Gator. But we'll add a COD feature as we grow. 

 

CAN I USE MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS FOR MY ORDER?

Payment for your order can't split between multiple payment methods.

 

HOW ARE ITEMS PACKAGED?

Products sold by Sellers with Clothing Gator are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Products are safely secured as we follow standard packing procedures.
